If I could give them a 0 I would. I have been calling them for the past 2 months. They are charging me for the full month when I have asked them multiple times to freeze my account. I called them, they keep telling me they need to talk to the owner. Then they finally gave me the owners number. I called her and left a voicemail.. no return. I have been charged another month. This place was great, but our schedules changed and unfortunately we needed to cancel our membership. That is the part that gets zero stars. We were first told we could put our membership on hold and if we needed to extend just to go in. So, we did and were told they couldn't extend anymore so they called the owner and she said to leave a note and she would do it on her end. Worst place . They attract you to sign up and create more issues when want to cancel. I had gone there and started getting issues with my eye in form of dryness/irrations. Doctor on medical ground asked me to stop going to HOTWORX. I went to store to cancel the service . The front desk person Katie mentioned she needs to contact the store manager Daveo who was not available . Next day the charged me another monthly fee that was not fair .
