I don’t usually leave reviews, but I feel like I need to share my experience. My visit was extremely disappointing, largely because of the manager, who I believe was named Crystal. During my complimentary workout, she was walking around barefoot, which came across as very unprofessional. She also made comments suggesting that not eating is a way to lose weight, which I found inappropriate and concerning. HOTWORX is awesome and such a fun new way to workout! But the only thing I would say sometimes the girls in the front have obnoxious music blasting to where it’s so loud you can hear it blasting in the sauna. Also the other people that attended HOTWORX have no awareness of other people’s space and just throw their personal items everywhere, also will sit there and talk on their phones loudly.
HOTWORX has been great for staying active and fitting workouts into busy schedule. The 24/7 access makes it easy to get a workout in whenever you can, and it’s nice having different options like cycling, Pilates, yoga, etc. The studio is always clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful.
I love it there .but I had a very bad experience with management .very imperfectional
Scheduled a free workout that was supposed to be at 11 am when they opened. No one was there waited til 11:45 until a member opened the door for me and there was still no workers or managers there for me to get my free workout. I’m very disappointed.
