This is by far my favorite gym, ever!!! The infrared sauna workouts are a,"game changer!" Best workout! Love the infrared and classes. I leave feeling wonderful, sweaty, and all without the soreness of a typical class that I work that hard in. The team is so friendly and welcoming. Discovered in MS and so excited to find one here at home (San Jose). Plus I’m thrilled about the results within 2 weeks I had lost over an inch around my waist and over 2 inches in my hips. Quicker results than I’ve ever had in a workout program.

HOTWORX is where I end most of my days and love every second of it. The staff is so interactive and sweet with the guests, and love making conversations while showing everything special about this workout. The benefits that come along this workout at the price is unbeatable, after my first class I immediately signed up!

I love hotworx! This unique workout experience is so powerful. I noticed a huge difference in strength and flexibility in just a few weeks. The workouts are easy to follow, challenging but the modifications make it great for beginners. I like the variety of workouts and the fact as a member it's 24hr. I come just about every day with my cousin. It's our happy place!
