I joined HOTWORX Round Rock last week and the ownership and staff have been welcoming from the moment I walked in. The GM took time to share her and her family’s success with the program and that was helpful and motivating. The workouts are challenging, but the heated training environment adds clear benefits, and the variety keeps things engaging. This studio runs well and supports members who want real results. Recommend.

DO NOT DO IT 1. You’re locked into a 6-month agreement — and if something MEDICAL happens that prevents you from working out in a sauna, you’re still required to pay $107 just to cancel. That’s insane. I literally can’t work out in a sauna anymore and just want my money back. It’s completely unfair. 2. You’re required to buy their “Hotworx” equipment, which costs another $120. $99 cancellation fee as a nice thank you for subscribing to your service for over 2 years. Willing to take down review if you will waive the fee. I have no respect for businesses that have to resort to extortion to make money. If you offered a good service maybe you wouldn't have to steal more money off of people who already paid you nearly a thousand dollars. Expensive for what it is. This place has done wonders for my back. My wife loves this place.... sometimes I think she loves it more than me! Haha! She insisted I try it for my back and she was so right!! It has been very beneficial and supplements my daily physical therapy!
