Don't go here unless you know 2 months in advance you want to cancel your membership or want to pay $100 (more than a month and a half's worth) to cancel upfront. They made it very clear when I signed up you had to go in during their staffed hours to cancel, but not that you had to pay for 2 more months or 1.5 months worth (but could no longer use facility right away) to actually cancel it.
Horrible costumer service, I’ve been calling them to cancel my membership since December due to a medical condition, I’ve been billed every month and they refused to cancel my membership, I spoke with different managers and front desk clerk and explained to them that due to my work hours it’s not possible for me to go in person to cancel it if I could get an email or something, the facility it’s great everyone it’s really nice but they really make your life hell when you can’t go anymore, talking to you with sarcasm asking w... read more
Something is always broken, or clicks or wobbles with the equipment. Been a member here for over 6 month. One of the three rowers has been broken till this day. When you visit the other Utah locations or travel to other states you get to see how it should be.
Biggest issue is the cancellation fee is $99
