Was WONDERFUL but since Jodi left it’s AWFUL!! I can’t get anyone to return my phone calls and no one is there doing their “regular business hours” I canceled in June and I’m still being charged!!! Also, I bought a work out top with my “earned points” 4 Months ago and NEVER received it!! What a rip off!!
Jodi is great we just signed up and have loved this studio so far! Everything is clean and nice, the workouts here are amazing. Only downside is every time I've gone there is a bad smell in the studio but the smell is not in the saunas. Besides that everything else is perfect at this hotworx!
This place is amazing! The staff is outstanding! I'm going to start coming to this location and ditch Daybreak!
They need a staff here at all times and need to restock their inventory with new merch! Might be looking to leave and head to another Hotworx location that has staff and merch!
HOTWORX Riverton has been awesome. The workouts are quick but still push you, and the heat makes it feel like you’re getting way more out of your time. The studio is always clean, and the staff is super friendly and easy to work with. It’s also really convenient with 24/7 access, so I can go whenever it fits my schedule. It’s just a great setup if you want something efficient that actually works.
