I’ve never given a one star before, but for being a global company, they have a very faulty website. Tried multiple times to cancel and continued to get a “your payment has been declined”. Tried multiple cards and allegedly they can see the cancellation on their end even though I only received “your payment has been declined”. Also, I love being told I’m the problem rather than “let’s try and work the problem together”.
The Riverton location is horrible! The equipment stays out of service and they won’t get a new keypad so you can access the 24/7 membership benefits. I’ve been to other locations and it’s great! RIVERTON, get it together and fix your equipment & replace the keypad! They can’t keep staffing so calling to get assistance is awful!
I was so excited to go to a gym near my house that seemed to have great benefits though I am greatly disappointed the code they give you for 24/7 access doesn’t work so plan on only being able to go during staffing hours
I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service. I’ve tried multiple times to get in contact with someone, but it seems impossible to reach a real person. The support options are either non-existent or completely unresponsive. I simply want to cancel my membership, but the process has been frustrating, unclear, and time-consuming. At this point, I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone based on how poorly they treat their customers. It shouldn't be this hard to get help or answers about closing an account.
Love love love this place I just signed up, but I think the door code might be broken I couldn’t get in and had to go home
