5 stars for creating a good/clean space to sweat (a LOT) and move at the same time. Joined because of "a girl", girl went away, it wasn't my jam, so I canceled. And it was easy (1 signature). Just go in during normal business hours. Knew the terms I agreed to up front, rode out the remaining time, and done. Know what you're signing up for, and be an adult about it.
The people that work here are truly INCREDIBLE and truly go above and beyond for each member. They are so welcome and are always busy keeping the facility super clean. I have had nothing but a top tier experience here. I even had to cancel due to moving and they were so accommodating and took care of it with me right away. Jody King was amazing at helping me get everything taken care of. This seriously feels like a little community. I love it here!!!
I was struggling to afford the membership and Jody was very kind to allow me to cancel it.
Jodi is great we just signed up and have loved this studio so far! Everything is clean and nice, the workouts here are amazing. Just taking 1 star off because every time I've gone there is a bad smell in the studio but the smell is not in the saunas. Besides that everything else is perfect at this hotworx!
