I had a great experience at first which quickly went downhill when I asked to cancel my membership due to a doctors order from my fertility clinic. I was told that I either had to pay $99 to cancel early, or pay $9 a month to pause my membership (i’m not sure how long I’ll be doing fertility treatments & you can’t do HOTWORX while being a high risk pregnancy). Adriana is incredible at providing exceptional customer service & providing everything I needed. I highly recommend this place especially because of Adriana!
I’ve never given a one star before, but for being a global company, they have a very faulty website. Tried multiple times to cancel and continued to get a “your payment has been declined”. Tried multiple cards and allegedly they can see the cancellation on their end even though I only received “your payment has been declined”. Also, I love being told I’m the problem rather than “let’s try and work the problem together”.
The Riverton location is horrible! The equipment stays out of service and they won’t get a new keypad so you can access the 24/7 membership benefits. I’ve been to other locations and it’s great! RIVERTON, get it together and fix your equipment & replace the keypad! They can’t keep staffing so calling to get assistance is awful!
I was so excited to go to a gym near my house that seemed to have great benefits though I am greatly disappointed the code they give you for 24/7 access doesn’t work so plan on only being able to go during staffing hours
