Staff is extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating to the customers and the owner Sharon is amazing! Definitely recommend if you’re looking to decompress yourself while maintaining a healthy balance between your physical and mental health.
I absolutely love coming to HOTWORX! The infrared sauna workouts are such a game-changer—challenging, effective, and perfect for getting a deep sweat without feeling overwhelmed. I joined HOTWORX to help make weight for wrestling and switch weight classes. It’s honestly helped me drop weight fast and has been a great way to relieve stress, too. Dahliah signed me up and was super helpful. The sign up was really thorough and made me feel comfortable right away. You can tell the staff cares about their members. Definitely glad I joined!
