Booked my first session yesterday and got a confirmation that it was booked. No where in the instructions did it say I needed to be available to answer a call or text to confirm the booking additionally. Came in for the session and the girl told me the session was canceled because I didn’t answer her call/text to confirm it. NOTE: the app is the biggest issue, especially for Android users. January 2026 update: App is better but still does sync with Fitbit, Garmin, Google, or Samsung watch. Also Ashley B seems to be the only instructor for every ISO and HIT and she's suepr annoying so this is terrible. More variety of instructors please. Jan 2014 update. Love this Hotworx, so glad i joined! The ladies that work here are super friendly and keep the place very clean. Signing up for classes is simple through the app. Good variety of workouts and a free weight area as well.
HOTWORX has been amazing for my husband and I. We have been members for a few years and it has tremendously helped him recover from an auto accident.
