HOTWORX is the best relief for my pain while helping me strengthen my body and achieve my fitness goals. I have fibromyalgia and this has been the thing that helps me sleep at night. I love it here, the staff is always very friendly, it’s clean and has 24 hour availability. Sometimes I come before work and it’s nice that they have a shower to clean up before I head out.
Great place to workout and a great staff as well!
This last year was a challenge when I was diagnosed with colon cancer in March 2024. Going to Hot Worx as much as I could during my chemo treatments was a huge help in getting me back to a normal routine.
It’s my favorite place to hang out! The benefits are endless. Highly recommend!
