HOTWORX is unique. The sessions combine exercise with infrared sauna heat. I like that the workouts are short (15–30 minutes) but still feel effective, and the heat really helps loosen muscles and improve flexibility.
I drive a little farther just to come to this location because I love it here. The staff and the owner, Laura, are absolutely fabulous and always make me feel so welcome. Hotworx is 100% worth it!
