I joined HotWorx last year, and I have to say there’s been a noticeable shift since the new owner, Laura, took over last month. She recently called me after I reached out with some questions on my membership, and she was an absolute sweetheart. It’s clear she genuinely cares about the gym, the members, and her staff and I'm excited for everything her and her team will be doing to make it an even better experience.
Friendly new management ! Very clean and the staff is so helpful. I appreciate the welcoming atmosphere!
Every time I walk in I have to fight for space to lift weights, so I pretty much walk in just to walk out! And the workout videos are absolutely stupid and boring. As soon as this contract is up I will be canceling ASAP. Don’t waste your money
