Staff was so helpful and kind. Everyone there was also super friendly! Got to do my free try, and will DEFINITELY be back. I got a good sweat, my body feels great, and my arthritis calmed down actually!
HOTWORX in Norman has become one of my favorite places to work out. The infrared sauna workouts are such an efficient and energizing way to exercise while also supporting recovery and overall wellness.
