I went for my free trial class and Kate was absolutely amazing!!! She was super helpful and informative and you can tell she is genuinely a very nice and sweet person which I love to see in staff when trying a new gym. 10/10
I’ve been a member since 2022, and Hotworx has consistently been one of the best fitness decisions I’ve made. The saunas are excellent, and there’s nothing better than getting a workout while breaking a serious sweat at the same time. If you’re looking for a time efficient workout that offers something different from a traditional gym, Hotworx is absolutely worth it. Highly recommend!
It has taken me a few days to leave a review, but the experience has stuck with me. I came in at about 9:30 on 2/9/2026. This place is absolutely disgusting! A lot of the equipment is broke. The equipment that does work was sticky and had not been cleaned! There are holes in the wood of the saunas. No one was even working or if they were, I never seen them. I’m getting sick to my stomach just thinking about the smell of sauna # 8. Omg this place is unacceptable.
This location is so poorly managed and is incredibly dirty. Seems to never have any sanitary wipes, half of the appliances are broken, and I’m unsure if it’s actually ever been cleaned. I love HOTWORX but this location is awful.
