The idea is great, but this location never feels very clean and has a special smell. Also beware that there are startup fees and you owe $99 when you cancel (or you can pay two months of membership fees).
Loved the concept but tried it out today and was seriously disappointed with the cleanliness. Looks like maybe once a month this place is cleaned. There was a bin of clothes next to a broken piece of equipment in the back corner. The water fountain was scummy. The weight lifting bench stopper was broken and comes all the way out. Overall rough conditions in such a small space make it very noticeable. Sucks because I wanted something smaller and less busy than a planet fitness but not over 100$ a month.
Considering Joining
I am aware of the 2 month cancellation policy (aka if you want to cancel you have to pay $100 or they force you to pay for the next month first no matter how early in the month you request to cancel) but I had a baby and asked them to pause it, which first of all they didn’t tell me they’d still charge me $10/month (for WHAT?) and then nobody contacted me to say it was going to be unpaused (like I would remember!?!?) and then when I asked to cancel they STILL are charging me an extra month even though I have clearly not been... read more
