Such an amazing gym experience! I love the saunas- I truly feel less stressed when I leave and as a student that is very important to me. The whole gym is very clean and the staff is very friendly!

I love HOTWORX!!! The trainers are amazing and I am challenged with every workout I do. It's so nice to just show up and know I'm going to get an amazing workout. In only 30 minutes I usually burn over 200 calories inside the saunas. After each workout I feel so accomplished, and have noticed my skin clearing up since becoming consistent!
Best Gym in Lincoln, I enjoy the fact that I can book my workout anytime, and when I get there I don’t have to wait for equipment. it’s ready and waiting for me. Get in, get fit, and get out !!! Easy and super convenient.
