We did an intro class and the girls there were very helpful and informative about the workout classes, membership and offerings. You didn't feel pressured to join afterwards. My friend and I ended up joining and we look forward to the workouts! Haven't utilized it yet, but they have a small gym area with free weights and some equipment. Being able to access classes and the gym area 24/7 is a plus. You can't beat the affordability and accessibility of this membership!

I had such a great experience signing up at HOTWORX thanks to Alex, the assistant manager. She walked me through the membership options, answered all my questions, and showed me around the studio. She made sure I understood how everything works and made me feel really comfortable. She’s so sweet, professional, and helpful. I’m really glad she was the one who helped me!
