I had to give this place a ShoutOut. Sp HOTWORX just opened in Ladera Ranch and had to check it out. I've always been HUGE into sweating--it's my way of resetting/detoxing. I've tried hot yoga in the past, but the truth is, most studios end up with a stale smell that makes it hard to focus. Lately, I've just been running with a sauna suit to get that same sweat, which I love, but this environment was GREAT. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My wife and I stopped in for a tour and were instantly reminded why we loved HOTWORX back when we lived in Las Vegas. The team at Ladera Ranch was super welcoming and did a great job explaining the concept and showing us around. The studio looks amazing, and we’re beyond excited to be among the first members when they officially open in a few weeks. If you’ve never tried HOTWORX, this is your sign—efficient workouts, infrared heat, and serious results. Can’t wait to get back in the (hot) box!
