Editing to add, Lisa reached out and was amazing. She got everything sorted with the charges! I still wouldn’t recommend if you’re 6’+ like me, so 4 stars just for that and the lack of variability with the workouts and frequently broken equipment, but Lisa is truly great and always so quick to fix things! I just wanted to say I was completely impressed with Shay's Customer service. She was extremely friendly, welcoming, professional, knowledgeable, and my interaction with her was a breath of fresh air. She is definitely a valuable asset to your company and I appreciate her for making me feel comfortable /welcomed to the Hotworks family

The manager at this studio, Lisa, has been wonderful to work with. She helped me out with a huge mistake I made on my membership. It was my fault and I did not expect anything out of calling her for help. She was kind and went above and beyond to help. She called another studio and worked everything out for me. I highly recommend this studio.

Omg! Lisa and Shay 10/10! I did my first session today and HAD to get my membership today. Lisa showed me everything I needed to hit my goal and Shay followed suit. (S/N: Shay does bomb 💣 a$$ 💅🏾 nails - BOOK HER). I would highly recommend all the girlies to sign up here in Georgetown because Lisa and Shay really motivated me to get in today. The sauna workouts were new to me and look forward to seeing the results. Cheers 🥂 to my new body 🥰

This is one of the kindest most generous, most inviting spaces that I have ever been inside of.-- All of the management. --All of the staff, every single person, absolutely understands the mission! To make someone feel welcome so that they can enjoy and express themselves physically in a safe space free of judgment.
