This is one of the kindest most generous, most inviting spaces that I have ever been inside of.-- All of the management. --All of the staff, every single person, absolutely understands the mission! HOTWORX Georgetown is by far the best location in my opinion. Lisa, the manager truly cares about not just the studio (which she maintains and operates exceptionally well) but also the customers whom she treats as guests in her own home. I can’t say enough remarkable things about Lisa, so if you’re looking for not just a home studio but a place where you will be cared about and appreciated and remembered then I nominate the Georgetown location 100%.
Unprofessional, shady management. My wife put her membership on hold after an injury but they continued to draft the monthly fee. When we reached out they denied our refund request, so we cancelled the membership and have confirmation that it was cancelled, yet they continued to draft the monthly fee. Our calls and emails are now going unanswered to both the Gtown location and Corporate.
Love all the staff (especially Ale) and the cleaniness of the location. Everyone is super welcoming and eager to help you reach your goals. I have brought all my friends to work out!!
I really wish Hotworx would create an elite pass to for members to be able to book the full class and not allow others to join. It’s really gross taking classes with people who are not hygienic. Staff was incredibly nice and super helpful. Just wish there was an option to book classes to myself.
