Today I went in for my first free session, and absolutely loved it! As soon as I walked in, Avery greeted me, she was super kind and very informative with the whole experience. I did the Pilates one for my first session today, and absolutely loved it. You can really make it your own to cater how comfortable you feel with the workouts, but the videos definitely do push you!! I ended up getting a membership, and felt super informed and comfortable With the terms. 10 out of 10 would recommend!!

Very unfortunate experience. I had to move away and went to pause my membership as I could not cancel it before 6 months. The person working who signed my form that day told me I could come back after the 3 months and cancel since it would be 6 months total. I went to cancel two days ago and the person working that day also expressed I had the membership for 6 months so my fee was waived. I was charged full amount today and they have been charging me extra for not getting a second card on file that THEY expressed they would ... read more

I love this place! I’ve been a member for I think shy of a year and I have plans of staying:) Lisa runs a tight ship!! This place is clean, friendly, and now it smells like home lol My back went out about a year and a half ago and this place has been a great addition as I had to cancel my regular gym membership. This place has been a life saver. Again, it’s always so clean. The staff here do a wonderful job!!

Editing to add, Lisa reached out and was amazing. She got everything sorted with the charges! I still wouldn’t recommend if you’re 6’+ like me, so 4 stars just for that and the lack of variability with the workouts and frequently broken equipment, but Lisa is truly great and always so quick to fix things!
