Hotworx is the most amazing place to be and grow in your fitness journey. I've been going since they opened & I have felt and seen the most amazing differences in my body mind and spirit. Cameron and Carsen are the dynamic duo & bring such light to the space and everyone they interact with. They always bring a smile to my face when I come in. They genuinely care!!
Love the workouts here, but super frustrating staff. The saunas are never warmed up during staffing hours. The staff vacuums loudly outside the saunas at peak business hours. Don’t recommend going here unless you have noise cancelling headphones. Used to love going here, but now everytime I just end up leaving frustrated.
I can’t say enough about this team here. I first met Cameron & he was wonderful the first day I met him and every single day after especially when I have tech issues . He’s such a positive force here. Carson is amazing leader she keeps her studio, clean, vibrant & welcoming. So happy my daughter introduced me to HOTWORX but it is the team here that keeps me coming back.
I rarely leave reviews, but this experience has been beyond frustrating and honestly needs to be said. The Geneva HOTWORX location is incredibly disappointing, and a lot of it comes down to poor management and outdated systems. The app is extremely out of date and constantly out of sync with basic technology. Pairing devices is unreliable, bookings glitch, and tracking is inconsistent, which completely defeats the purpose of a fitness studio built around tech. Absolutely love Hot Worx. The staff at Geneva is fantastic and do an impeccable job keeping the studio clean and it’s all done with a smile and the make you feel like they are on your team, cheering you on in your fitness journey
