My experience started out great until I became physically unable to utilize HOTWORX amenities due to a health concern. Upon joining I was told that if a medical condition arose and a doctor’s note was provided that a cancellation fee would be waived, this conversation was not honored. An unexpected turn in my health arose and even with a provided Doctors note this branch has refused to waive a cancellation fee and is charging $118 to cancel. Hotworx vis literally one of my favorite workouts that I have done! I love the owners and the people who work there and I feel amazing every time I leave there!
Such a great location! Staff is great, saunas are always clean. A unique workout experience for us, we love the benefits of the infrared sauna. My husband has felt less pain from his daily physical grind, I have increased strength and tone in the month we have been members. Our time in the sauna either working out together or alone has really become an important part of our days to decompress, sweat, & reset mentally. I’ve literally been telling everyone I know how great we feel since starting.
Wonderful, well maintained and managed.
