Friendly staff and convenient/ flexible. The desk staff have been great but if you need anything done that requires management approval or help, the service and response time are trash
This place has a terrible management. I have the hardest time getting in to the place there code. When I first signed up, I was told I would get some freebies for creating a membership, and it took them over a month to get the promotional deals. And as I’m trying to cancel my membership, it’s taking over a month to get someone to help me do my cancellation!
Been going just over a year and love the flexibility of working out on my schedule, the variety of workouts and the shorter workouts, there is never enough time in the day so getting in and out with a great workout is important. I definitely feel the changes in my body with consistent workouts.
Love this place!! Arianna helped me get set up. Best place to get a good workout in!
