This is my second Hotworx location/membership since I moved, and I have enjoyed it every time. The convenience aspect is great and the quick 15 minute workouts are helpful in a pinch. Clean facility and kind staff. I highly recommend trying it out.
I like hotworx and think the workouts are great. However, the most disappointing aspect is that there is only one shower. An improvement could be made by adding at least 2 showers considering the monthly cost to workout here.
Hotworx Cedar Rapids is an easy accessible location. The facility is clean and equipment is well maintained. When equipment is not the staff as it noted and is fixed in a timely manner. Speaking of staff they are very knowledgeable & helpful about what Hotworx has to offer. Having up to 10 inferred saunas plus free weights offering a variety of classes at your convenience. I barely have time to do anything for myself. The 15-30 minutes are perfect for someone like me. They even have showers so you can go back to work refreshed and alive! Every employee there is so kind and will to help with anything you need. Also I would like to recommend the 3 vitamins Skin, Core and Detox. They make you feel absolutely amazing!
