I did not appreciate the way the lady at the front desk treated me and my sister. She was extremely unwelcoming especially considering my sister was planning to actually join hotworx. Given her experience she is probably considering otherwise now. The lady did not even attempt to show any signs of good customer service, she essentially pushed us to the side due to my sister not being a member. A little walkthrough at least would’ve been nice. So not happy with the way that was handled.
Very unpleasant energy from the front staff. I could not even make it past the front desk to view the facility. As excited as I was to possibly join Hotworx, I’m not sure now.
HotWorx is great! The staff has always been nice and helpful. I love that there is a option for anyone anytime of the day. The saunas are always really clean and I always see staff members cleaning them while I'm there.
This place is a scam. They convince you to sign up without telling you that if you want to cancel a MONTHLY subscription you are responsible to pay either 2 FULL months or 99$ to be able to stop going. There’s no exceptions for people with medically necessary documentation showing they are unable to come. I will never recommend this establishment again. I have been a member for 3 years! Love this place! Nothing makes my joints feel better then the infrared sauna!
