HotWorx is great! The staff has always been nice and helpful. I love that there is a option for anyone anytime of the day. The saunas are always really clean and I always see staff members cleaning them while I'm there.
This place is a scam. They convince you to sign up without telling you that if you want to cancel a MONTHLY subscription you are responsible to pay either 2 FULL months or 99$ to be able to stop going. There’s no exceptions for people with medically necessary documentation showing they are unable to come. I will never recommend this establishment again. I have been a member for 3 years! Love this place! Nothing makes my joints feel better then the infrared sauna!
I really enjoy Hotworx the workouts are convenient, and I love having access to the sauna. However, I recently had a very unpleasant experience with one of the staff members. The way they treated my sister and me felt rude and passive-aggressive. I feel conflicted because I genuinely like the gym and the concept, but it’s difficult to continue supporting a place where we were spoken to that way.
This is my second Hotworx location/membership since I moved, and I have enjoyed it every time. The convenience aspect is great and the quick 15 minute workouts are helpful in a pinch. Clean facility and kind staff. I highly recommend trying it out.
