Very nice addition to my routine. Clean and friendly environment. Very convenient, 24 hr facility.
Used to be nicer a few years ago now it's not as clean and things are broken a lot. No paper towels or towels offered just wet wipes so everything is sweaty and wet and no way to dry it, while still being more expensive than other gyms in the area.
Such a pleasant experience here. The staff are so accommodating and personable. I’ve also seen a significant change in my body with the work outs provided and it perfectly fits my needs with that one on one feel I get from the experience
The staff was very friendly/helpful getting started. The facility was spacious and clean. There are 6-8 saunas with classes going on, non-stop. Some saunas have rowers or bikes in them. There is a weight station in the back. I live out of town but did the free class online and it was really a fun experience.
This studio is so nice, everything is neat and organized and i love coming to get a good sweater when im visiting my family! However the bikes in this studio are much different than the bikes I’ve used at all the other Hotworx studios I’ve been to. Sadly the seats do not adjust to a way that suits my height (I’m pretty tall) and i even asked the staff (who are very nice!) and they were even stumped and agreed that the bikes looked a little funny for my height, and can’t leave a cycle class without my back hurting :(.
