Started working out for the first time in 10 years last October. After 4 babies and not being in the gym, I was intimated to commit to anything. Nate, Alexis, and the team helped me feel at ease taking on a new routine. I felt challenged and encouraged to continue being consistent! I’ve loved the results I’m seeing. 10/10 recommend.
HotWorx is a great workout environment! The saunas give you the best sweat and you have access to the weights too! The staff is very welcoming, friendly, and always there to help. I would highly recommend getting a HotWorx membership!
This review is coming from someone who worked at a gym for several years, has done personal training annually, worked with nutritionists, has gone to several different gyms across Florida and the US. I workout 5x a week, doing calisthenics, strength training, and cardio. 1.HOTWORX should not be your only form of fitness. I love this place !!! Tiff, Isaiah, and Lucy are the best ever- so helpful and they make the workouts feel like family. Can’t recommend it more!
