Stopped in at this location when I was in town visiting my boyfriend. Staff was very helpful, thought I needed to rent mat/towel but they let me borrow them! Kelly and Nate (owners) were super friendly, very informative on memberships for my boyfriend who isn’t a member. Clean facility, even extra necessities in restroom for showering which was nice surprise. Highly recommend!
This HOTWORX location is absolutely not worth the money, and you should think a thousand times before signing up for this rat race. From the very beginning there are lots of hidden fees that no one mentions until you’ve signed the contract. Only then they suddenly tell you that you are required to buy their mat and towel, and that there is also a membership cancellation fee of $100. Staff is nice,facility is clean and well maintained. What i dislike is that classes fill up quickly. I prefer to be in the sauna alone so I wait to book empty classes only to be sitting mid workout and someone walks in and asks you to move over. Equipment rooms are always open, never have issues booking those rooms but good not much luck with classes unless you are booking late night. Started working out for the first time in 10 years last October. After 4 babies and not being in the gym, I was intimated to commit to anything. Nate, Alexis, and the team helped me feel at ease taking on a new routine. I felt challenged and encouraged to continue being consistent! I’ve loved the results I’m seeing. 10/10 recommend.
