I joined HOTWORX nearly 2 years ago. There are a lot of positives to the facility. However, buyer beware, yes, it is in the agreement that if you cancel and give 60 days notice you will be charged for two months, but you will be allowed to use the facilities during that time. But if you want to cancel immediately, you are charged a $99 fee. I have been a happy member since 2023! I came because of a high ankle sprain, and I needed a workout that would be easy on my ankle, so I did Pilates for about the first 8 months and was able to into the bicycle 🚲 workouts and rowing. I have been hooked ever since. The front-desk workers are professional, and the gym is always clean. Oftentimes, you can have a sauna room to workout in alone and this makes it nice. I am glad I gave this place a try over a year ago. It’s been a great addition to my self-care. Emily did a GREAT JOB setting me up with my membership and making sure I knew how to get the most out of my visits from using the app to schedule my sessions and taking advantage of the 24hour access. The biggest benefit is how I’ve been able to use the infrared sauna sessions as part of my post-workout recovery. I love the HOT STRETCH session that has improved my flexibility.
