I’ve never been great at working out, hated PF and feeling like everyone was watching me and I had no idea what to do with the equipment. I cannot recommend hotworx enough! I find myself looking forward to the gym and love being able to track my progress on the app. Love the variety of workouts and the 24-7 access. Also a bonus star for Kristine, she’s so great and kind and very personable to every gym member, she makes you feel like a person/friend and not just another gym member.

Kristine and the staff at Altoona HOTWORX are like my second family! I was so intimidated by gyms but really wanted to work out. This is exactly what I was looking for. I LOVE IT!!
This studio is outstanding. The atmosphere is fantastic, and it’s impeccably clean. The owner and staff genuinely care about your health and fitness goals. I’m a big fan of the varied weight options. If you haven’t visited yet, I highly recommend you check it out! Even in the summer, a solid workout with quality weights is a must. 😁🔥
