I'm sharing my experience so others can protect themselves. For 10 months, from January through October 2025, I was billed twice every month for my $79 Hotworx membership, on two different credit cards. I cannot say enough about my experience. I started several months ago while managing a very painful RA flare. A family member strongly recommended Hotworx. The next day I joined, I am so glad I did! They made special accommodations for me as I wasn't able to get down on the floor due to the inflammation. I sat in the infrared sauna for 45 minutes every day. I feel so much better! Consistency is key in order to get the maximum benefit.

I had such an amazing experience at HOTWORX. This location don’t have a lot of people so it was very easy for me to book Classes and get a good workout in. One thing I absolute love is the managers who work there they are very attentive, I barely get to see them but they get back to me via text very quickly whenever I have questions about the feature or membership! Shoutout to Renee for being so attentive and helpful to all my questions!

I love all Hotworx but this location is very clean and has a lot of saunas. They also have a great selection of merchandise to choose from. Will definitely be visiting this location again
