I am not a gym person, but the hot sauna and variety of classes from yoga to Pilates to elliptical has been super motivating. I am feeling better and stronger and love the friendly environment.
The Hotworx health benefits are well known and provide great results. This location is very clean and well stocked. The staff is awesome and friendly, Renee in particular was very helpful in getting me setup and learn how everything worx.
I do love hotworx. I enjoy the saunas and what it does for my body. I've recommended Hotworx to friends and clients. My reason for the 3 stars with this location is because of the tlow temperature in the building and sometimes the baths are not as clean and freezing. This location which I've been going to for 2 months keeps the building temperature extremely cold.
