Disappointing Experience with Hotworx Membership Cancellation Process. As soon as I found out I was pregnant, I reached out to Hotworx to notify them that I needed to cancel my membership because these workouts were no longer safe for me. Very cool gym concept. Small little gym for small workouts before your sauna workout as well.
I really enjoy the multi-benefit workout. The isometric holds and provided modifications help prevent injury. The infrared heat makes it easier to stretch sore, tired muscles and assist your body in detoxing. The FX zone is complete with weights and useful machines and NOOOO grunting peacocks.
