HotWorx hosted a great event for my sorority! Their team was so incredibly kind, flexible, and accommodating when it came to scheduling and customizing the event to fit our needs. They made the entire process seamless and stress-free, and everyone who attended had such a great time. I would highly recommend working with them for any group event!
Disappointing Experience with Hotworx Membership Cancellation Process. As soon as I found out I was pregnant, I reached out to Hotworx to notify them that I needed to cancel my membership because these workouts were no longer safe for me. I have been a member here a few weeks. I come nearly every day at different times of the day. The employees are extremely friendly. Always greeting you. Making sure you are told to have a great day as you leave. The tour given was very informative and helpful. MOST days when I come, they are cleaning one way or another. My home base HOTWORX!! My home away from home!! I love Jenny and her associates!! I have sweat anywhere!! Can’t live without it!! A day without hotworx is a day that it feels wasted!! I am new to Hotworx and glad I joined. The saunas are incredible along with the stationary bike. I go in at 8am and do 3 sessions. The feel I leave with is phenomenal! I am absolutely hooked for life jijijij. This particular establishment is always clean; all the customers are kind and sweet. I would highly recommend it!
