I think the concept of the facility is great! However my overall experience did not meet my expectations. When I first walked into the facility the desk attendant was eating a large burger and fries with her napkins and ketchup sprawled on the desk. As I was walking back from the bathroom prior to my class she walked away without showing me how the room worked or telling me any procedures or safety policies for the sauna room. My daughter canceled her membership in person in May of 2023. We just found out they have been charging us all along. When we brought this to their attention they admitted she had not been there since she canceled but had no record of her cancelation. They are forcing us to file a fraud claim with our credit card company instead of doing the right thing.
I've been a member for a few months, and I absolutely love it here! The staff is incredibly nice, the gym is super clean and the classes are amazing. Best location there is!
Been coming here for about a year and this location is amazing! Very clean, classes are easy to follow and the staff is very friendly, I highly recommend!
