I am a consistent customer of Hottips, and love coming here for my shellac manicure. The staff are friendly and quick while still paying attention to detail. Gina is a wonderful technician and is so efficent and kind! It is easy to book online however I often just call 15 mins ahead to see if there is space and most of the time you get service right away. Pricing is totally reasonable (webiste not always updated though) and would reccomend all their services!
Went in requesting a spa pedicure for $60 (plus cost of removing old gel). It was a great experience until I went to pay. Somehow it was $84 so I showed her the prices on their website. She went to discuss it with a colleague and they apologized saying their website prices are incorrect. They didn't honor their pricing as advertised and still charged me the $84. Poor customer service. Won't be going back.
First time customer and it was fantastic for a great price. From start to finish it was 50 min long for $42. Wow! It was clean, friendly, and I’d go back again. Thank you!
