Steve billed unethically. 1hr for a 20 min phone call. 1 hr to walk to the court hosue. 1 hr to send a two line email etc. Hate money and good results? He's your man!
I called and set up a consult. Waited about 3 weeks for this consult, mind you. He calls me and doesn’t listen to a thing I had to say. He just tells me he doesn’t have time to be taking on a new case right now. If that was the case, why did you set the consult up to begin with? He also tells me it could possibly be a conflict of interest as he wasn’t sure if the person I was going up against was someone he represented. You don’t keep track of which clients you represent?
