Recently moved to Hickory. I'm so happy I found Hot Mess! (which is what my hair was) I've tried a few salons that were ok but I wasn't able to get the haircut and color I was looking for. Tasha was able to take my pictures and desire for what I wanted and give me exactly what I was looking for. Tasha is so friendly, you feel like you've known her for years. This is a great chic salon. The staff is extremely kind, friendly and welcoming. Nicole is an incredible stylist. She's a very patient professional, and is great at listening - but also giving feedback about the haircut. I had been going to the same stylist for over 2 years prior to seeing Nicole, and I had my routine down. It's been great getting to know this salon and look forward to going there; and, establishing a long-term relationship with them. I also like the natural lighting from the large front windows.
