My pressure washer pump would not engage, so I spoke to Alex about options. He was honest and upfront about what the repair COULD cost if the pump itself had gone bad - which I appreciated. I took it in on a Tuesday afternoon - they had it repaired quickly and at a very reasonable cost (the unloaded was bad). I highly recommend these folks for anyone who needs a repair or maintenance on a pressure washer. Alex was great.
