Untrustworthy and Unethical After impressive service and knowledge by one of the "owners", we purchased a hot water power unit from Hotsy Equipment Company in Albuquerque to use for our business. We were promised top of the line parts and an inclusive warranty. Now, after only 6 months, the unit doesn't work and they don't want to uphold the warranty.
