Terrible service. Terrible management, rude customer service, will hang up on you when you call and inquire about your vehicle. Will add cost above the agreed upon price. Will leave your vehicle in the rain with no doors/windows down and uncovered. Will lie about stuff when you have pictures to validate and prove otherwise. I have used them 3 times and was very satisfied.
If you want someone with experience and knowledge of all body work, Hot Rod Shop is definitely the place to take your vehicle.. I took my 2022 BMW X.3 there and they did an excellent job very quickly. Tina, the office manager is such a pleasure and so is the owner, Scott. I will not take my car anywhere else bc I want the best! Thank you to everyone at Hotrod Shop for doing such a great job on my SUV!
