Rather negative experience. Had the motor changed, but received the machine back missing 4 screws, two of which were supposed to hold the brewing unit in place. As the result, almost immediately the gears from the motor to the unit started slipping, making cracking sound, and in about a week or so the unit was completely pushed out of place by the force of slipping gears and steam pressure. I recently took my Jura Z10 to Hot and Cold for repair due to a sputtering issue with milk and foam dispensing. I was informed that there would be a $300 diagnostic fee, plus additional costs for parts and labor. After receiving an email stating the machine was repaired, I was shocked to find the total cost was $363. Excellent place to get a Jura fixed. Took my Z10 in on a Thursday afternoon - was fully fixed by Friday and the owner even arranged for me to pick it up on Saturday afternoon. Highly recommended!
