Previously a good experience, but not anymore. Recent repair on my Jura failed, and the follow-up “fix” used epoxy on a pressurized line instead of proper parts. Machine was returned to me partially assembled, still leaking and missing screws, fasteners, power button, etc. After multiple follow-ups, no parts had been ordered and the issue wasn’t resolved. I ended up fixing it myself with OEM components. Based on my most recent experience and those offered by the most recent reviews, something has clearly changed.
Rather negative experience. Had the motor changed, but received the machine back missing 4 screws, two of which were supposed to hold the brewing unit in place. As the result, almost immediately the gears from the motor to the unit started slipping, making cracking sound, and in about a week or so the unit was completely pushed out of place by the force of slipping gears and steam pressure. And when I opened the machine, I found that the gear guide is broken. So I had to buy another machine, because I figured that wasting AN... read more

I recently took my Jura Z10 to Hot and Cold for repair due to a sputtering issue with milk and foam dispensing. I was informed that there would be a $300 diagnostic fee, plus additional costs for parts and labor. After receiving an email stating the machine was repaired, I was shocked to find the total cost was $363.
