I recently took my Jura Z10 to Hot and Cold for repair due to a sputtering issue with milk and foam dispensing. I was informed that there would be a $300 diagnostic fee, plus additional costs for parts and labor. After receiving an email stating the machine was repaired, I was shocked to find the total cost was $363. Excellent place to get a Jura fixed. Took my Z10 in on a Thursday afternoon - was fully fixed by Friday and the owner even arranged for me to pick it up on Saturday afternoon. Highly recommended!
