Really great customer service and the owner is so sweet and very talented
Scheduled an appointment, got there 15min early after driving 45min to get there. I found a note on the door saying they were closed for maintenance, I called several times with no success. Finally got a text message 20 minutes AFTER my appointment time saying they had maintenance issues and could I reschedule. Why I never got a call or notification PRIOR to my appointment, I couldn't tell you. Very unprofessional, a big waste of my time and gas.
After leaving at least a dozen messages to schedule an appointment with no response, I will have to start getting my hair done somewhere else. I used to get highlights and lowlights done with Johnnie and he always did a great job, so it is unfortunate. I do have to agree that they always seemed to have issues with their credit card machine and would ask me to get cash from an ATM or use cash app, Venmo, etc. instead.
