Hotel520 Staff are so professional and very helpful. Food are so delicious well presented. Had my 50th bday at their aurora function room on buffet and it was so much convenient everything was done by them you just come and enjoy nothing to worry at all they have everything for you. special thanks to Jenny Stephanie and Ronald you made my 50th so memorable!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
Having staff constantly stalk me in the toilets was an unpleasant experience. It wasn't until after I left the bathroom they approached me to fix up my bill. Why not mention that the first time checking on me in the toilets? I would have rather fix up the bill immediately instead of being monitored in the bathroom. Was a weird experience to say the least. I was not avoiding paying my bill, I was simply an anxious person using the bathroom. I wanted to leave the venue immediately after the third time this staff member bugged ... read more
