Really liked the stay overall. The best part for me was that the walking trail is right there! The breakfast was simple but effective. 1 hot egg type option, oatmeal, bagels, croissants, fruit, yogurt. The sign said there was going to be construction but I didn't hear any as I was out all day. The bed was super comfy. But the pillows are like rocks. That was the let down for me. The building feels on the older side but it's kept pretty well and has character. Some reviews said there was an odor but I didn't experience that.
I stayed at Hotel Zico in Mountain View. The property has plenty of parking and it felt safe to leave the car there with no issues. The rooms are nice and comfortable. However, during my stay I found a bed bug on my pillow one day. I reported it to the front desk, and while they did come and change the sheets, at no point was I offered a room change or any kind of compensation.
