It pains me to leave such a poor review, but I feel it is appropriate given my experience. When I arrived, I was told that I did not pay for my reservation despite this being a pre-paid reservation, booked directly with Hilton. Regardless, miss-haps happen all the time so I didn't hold it against them too much. Ultimately, I was forced to have the entire reservation charged to my card again if I wanted to continue checking in.
