Everything about this place says "stay here, it feels like home and cozy" very clean, staff is friendly and professional. Rooms are exceptionally spacious. It is walking distance to so many places and restaurants. I truly loved staying at this hotel.

Stayed at this hotel last weekend, The hotel staff told us one thing and then charges us the opposite. We are diamond members and will never stay here again. The front desk staff told us a manager would call us about the issue but never did. The management and service is terrible.
I called directly to the hotel and booked our room. That was on the day we stayed. The room was $369. It was way over priced. We got there and there are a bunch of stairs you have to carry up. At that price someone should be there to take our luggage. Got to the front desk and I wasn’t recognized as a Hilton Honors Member. When I asked about it the front seat guy said I couldn’t be recognized as one and couldn’t receive my points. I ask about parking and was told I could pay for valet parking $30 or park around the corner. K... read more
