Extremely poor communication practices from this company, completely unserious operation here. Took my first months parking rent and refused to respond to my application despite multiple followups over email and voicemail. If anyone from Propark is reading this please respond to me and either approve my application or give me my money back!
I reserved and used the parking lot through Spot Hero. It felt like a very secure place with reasonable price for one day. While the hotel itself was not at fault, Spot Hero's instructions were slightly inaccurate, requiring me to explain the situation to the hotel front desk staff beforehand and have them open the gate before I could exit. In any case, we're grateful to the hotel staff who helped us out. Easy to enter and exit with a SpotHero reservation. BIP FREE area, as the area is very secure and well monitored. I've parked here 11+ times for over 6 months and have never had an issue or seen suspicious individuals. Extremely refreshing.
We didn't stay there but walked thru from Zephyr Bar. Wonderfully eclectic vibe from a pool table to two different ping-pong tables to three open fire pits.
