Amazing Receptionist!
All my stars are specifically for their customer service I was so surprised on how sweet and accommodating the front desk was during our stay the male during check in was very nice and friendly and helped us book the best rated room for our stay the next morning the female and male in the front helped us book our room again for one more stay they were so very helpful and made the process so much less stressful than any other hotel I've ever been to and I am truly very very sincerely grateful for both your efforts and your ki... read more
Always a pleasant stay. One disappointing moment no ice machine were functioning.
I stayed at this hotel on May 31 while celebrating my fiancé’s birthday with my family. I rarely write reviews, but this experience was disappointing enough that I felt it needed to be shared. After checking in, I went to the front desk because the TV in our room was not working and there were no towels available. The front desk associate explained that she was the only employee on duty and said she would come take a look when she had a chance.
