Horrible staff. I booked through Expedia because it has a relatively high score on Expedia. I arrived early at 8am and asked if I could check in early and i could even pay one extra day. The receptionist told me the hotel was full and could not offer early check in until 3pm. This hotel was HORRIBLE!! The room I was given had no electricity at al!! No working lights, outlets, TV, microwave, or fridge. I was in complete darkness. When I asked to be moved, the front desk said they couldn’t do anything and only gave me a flashlight. In the morning, I saw how filthy the room was: a roach in the bathroom, walls peeling, dust everywhere, and it reeked of cigarette smoke even though it was a non-smoking floor.
