It's a great place for or your family to to stay there
I actually don’t live at the Wooten but pay the rent! My daughter in at TTUHSC and lives there. She moved in April 2022. Without a doubt I am very happy with our choice. Safety was my biggest concern when choosing an apartment. The building is safe and secure as well as the parking. She absolutely loves her apartment. The rent was reasonable and the bills (water, trash and electric) are way less then expected and can assure you the electric is much less then any other apartment we would have chose.
