The room appeared clean but smelled of mildew/mold. The pool and hot tub were well maintained. Bed was comfy. The room for handicapped had a tub so if you’re wheelchair bound that could be a problem.
Nice clean and friendly hotel. Great for business travel.
Our flight from Ohio to Tampa was cancelled by Allegiant Airlines. I called this hotel and Priceline immediately to let them know we won’t be able to make it and to cancel both reservations (not our fault as the next flight available was the next day…) I was told that The general mgr here, Caiti Di Biagio, would not approve of this and still charged us for both rooms.
