Clean hotel, depressing breakfast room. Non working toaster, and huge, loud tv blaring the upsetting news of the day....better to go elsewhere for breakfast.

It’s an average hotel with a great location. It needs to be spruced up a bit. Lobby and rooms felt undecorated. Breakfast was not fresh or good. Coffee tasted like dirty water.
Room was spacious and you can't beat the location, walking distance to downtown West Chester.
