Nice, small hotel, conveniently located in downtown West Chester. Hotel is well maintained, prices are reasonable, and facilities are good. The one area where improvement is needed was the free breakfast - the toaster didn't work, the eggs ran out, there was nobody attending the area, so I decided to leave the hotel and go elsewhere. UPDATE: I very much appreciated the response from management (see below), the kind of thing you never see at the big chain hotels. Thank you!
