We had a last minute stay here and it was nothing short of amazing - mainly because of the SERVICE. The attendant, named Aline, was amazing and so accommodating. She arranged a perfect room for us and got us an earlier check in! She made sure we were taken care of the entire stay - knowing we were having a bad week. So fortunate to have met her. The rooms were good too! Super clean and cute little hotel! Would def stay again and would reccomend to everybody!
Hotel Virginia did not disappoint, the general manager Aj was fantastic and attentive. The overnight front desk worker Mark was unbelievably kind and thoughtful. Everything was in walking distance, and the Valet drivers always had the best recommendations for local hot spots. The noise canceling "Snooz" placed in every room was a perfect fit. This is a historic building and whatever they may lack in amenities they more than compensate for in hospitality, they have a great team here.
Location is fantastic and rooms are nicely furnished, the value is ok. What isnt great is showering in standing water for three days because the front desk/hotel ignore your issues or dont have the personnel to fix the issues. We notified the front desk 3 times three separate days. Definitely not what I was expecting from Hilton.
