PROS: - Beautiful aesthetic. Wooden beams, hardwood, great view. - Good price. Affordable especially in today's economy. - good location downtown next to restaurants, entertainment, churches. CONS: - Management is terrible at communication. I've called, emailed, left voicemails, and left notes at the office and have still had no one get back to me at times. - Very loud from sirens and ambulances. - Some corners have been cut in renovations.
