We enjoyed our brief overnight stay at Hotel Urban St Leonards. Our room was clean, and well appointed with all the essentials you would expect. The bed was also very comfortable and we slept soundly. Also had a delicious breakfast from their in house restaurant. Highly recommend if you’re in the st Leonards area and not far from crows nest precinct.
Rooms are NOTHING like the photos Beds and pillows are horrible, room is dusty & not comfortable at all. The female on the front desk is the rudest woman I've ever had to deal with. If your after comfort & lovely service then this is NOT that hotel Would not recommend !!!
The rooms are stinky and it’s not same room as shown in pictures. It’s 4.5 stars rating in google, booking.com or trip.com but you can realize once you stay there, misleading stars. The front desk lady was so rude and didn’t help us to refund our money for the second day, and was asking for extra money to change for another room. Overall it’s terrible experience with them.
Walking distance to St Leonards station. Buses running past the front. Nice dining experience.
