Very clean hotel with cool vibes. Perfect location if you’re going to an event at Cadence Bank Arena. We literally walked across the street to attend our concert. Hotel staff were all very friendly and professional. We will definitely book this hotel again if we visit the area in the future.

We booked last minute for one night and had a wonderful stay. Beds were very comfortable, A/C was adjustable for your comfort, and the bathroom was very clean. We did not get the chance to eat at Jobo's but perhaps next time.

Hotel Tupelo is undeniably aesthetically pleasing. The building itself is beautiful, and the rooms are thoughtfully styled and welcoming. However, there are several areas where the hotel could make meaningful improvements. First, during my three-night stay, both I and other guests had trouble locating staff at the front desk. Attractive modern facility. The front desk will withhold informing you of housekeeping policy they only provide service on the 4th day. This is beyond unacceptable and is enough to prevent me from ever spending money with this business again. Transparency is key. Staff your business or be honest and set expectations up front. Shame for such a nice building.
