The front desk staff try their best but they need more training. Absolutely no mention of the bicycles parked out front. Are they for the guest to use? Are they for rent? The tags indicated that the bicycles belong to the hotel. Why not put them to use? I wasn’t asked if I prefer a non-pet floor and was assigned a room on the 2nd floor. I asked if there were any no pets floors, and was told that the 3rd and 4th floors were non-pet floors. Great atmosphere, comfortable rooms, interesting and cheerful decor
I had the perfect stay last week! The rooms are super clean & updated! Entire hotel is well maintained! I couldn’t ask for more in a hotel!
