I love this hotel! I got amazing service from Javon and Gwen., they were the amazing staff that worked with me. My only thing was a needed a fridge in my room and Javon looked into it immediately. I recommend staying here if you want an amazing stay in the Big Easy!!! Hospitality is unmatched here. Also the restaurant the Lyon's Corner is amazing too .
Javon and Miss Gwen were excellent. highly recommend you stay here.
