Javon and the lady at the front desk were extremely helpful, pleasant and professional. Very good location in the heart of NOLA
Michelle at the bar/restaurant was absolutely amazing. She really made our stay. Hotel is close to everything. Beds are comfortable. Rooms were very clean.
Terrible
Loved our stay at Hotel Theo. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the restaurant downstairs was a convenient spot to grab coffee and breakfast each morning. The location was perfect! Only a 10 minute walk to the French Quarter, so we were close enough to enjoy it without having to stay in the middle of it. It was also only about a block to the St. Charles street car which we rode to the Garden District. If we are ever in New Orleans again I know which hotel we will be staying in!
