Nice and clean. Amenities were very good. Central location to a lot of areas to see. Great for just parking the car and just browsing the local city. Only issue at this particular place was it was surrounded by bars. At least 4-5 of them. If you are planning on getting any sleep .... forget it. It is loud at night until very late into the morning. If you are under 40, it is no problem. Above that.... take your chances if you plan to get any rest.
Absolutely love downtown Wilmington and if you need an inexpensive place with a great view. Great accommodations as well as a restaurant right downstairs with a bar definitely should come and stay. It's worth it
Room was very updated and well kept. The location was great, tons of stuff within walking distance. Be aware that the hotel is downtown, it can get loud outside, so if you're a light sleeper I would not recommend staying here on the weekends. Host was very communicative and helpful.
