I rate it a 0/10. We checked in Friday morning 03/27 and the reception in the front she wears glasses was so rude and very racist to me and my daughters. Never coming here again .
The location is excellent. The price is good. I still wished the breakfast was a little Bit better. The breakfast room is extremely small in comparison to the persons staying there and also narrow. You always have to squeeze in between other tables and persons to get anywhere. The breakfast itself was disappointing. There is no choosing between anything, one type of cheese (the toast ones), one type of Marmelade… no real variety. Bread: either croissants or toast. While we were here, we were pleased by your staff, Timothy Cheng's service. He was always warm and welcoming towards my sister and I. Timothy assisted us on multiple occasions, such as issues with our hairdryer and enquiries about hotel check-in check out times. He also ensured our deliveries from UberEats were safe and given to us. He offered his assistance to full capacity. We believe he deserves a pay rise for his performance and customer service.
Awesome hotel in the heart of Koreatown. Endless food around you, a fantastic (and reasonably priced) grocery store right across the street (H-Mart) and a very polite and accommodating front service desk. Location is a 10/10. Subway stop mere feet from the entrance, and easy walks to anywhere in Midtown. My only complaint would be the HEAT in the room. If it's cold outside, you can bet the heaters are on.
