I and my friends had booked a room at this hotel for a couple of days. We had booked the Junior suite. But considering the emergency declared in New York due to the CoronaVirus scare we requested them to kindly cancel the room. We were very prompt and cancelled our plan quite in advance. Just come back from our 4 night stay here, Rooms are in need of an update - but they’re clean which is the main thing! Pillows and bed were soo comfortable, staff were above and beyond friendly and very welcoming, cannot commend them enough! Honestly the location - AMAZING!! We was so close to everything. We are looking at coming back to nyc next year and we would 100% book again! Highly recommend :) great stay.
