I had a very pleasant stay at Hyatt House Santa Clara, and the experience exceeded expectations. I stayed in a seventh-floor suite, which offered an excellent panoramic view of the city along with the surrounding mountains—easily one of the highlights of the stay. The suite itself was spotless, well-maintained, and in perfect condition, reflecting a high standard of housekeeping and upkeep. The rooms were very nice and clean but the beds are something to be desired. Also, the water pressure in the shower was extremely low, it took forever to get shampoo out of my hair.
